Commitment:

Idaho Osprey Soccer Club (I.O.S.C) can be differentiated from the other soccer programs by our professional level of commitment to player development.  Our focus is not to win games at entry levels, but in order for our players to develop in the sport and to be able to continue to participate and be competitive at the more advanced level of play.

To this end we do not depend on less trained, but well meaning, volunteer coaching.  We retain coaches who are qualified by experience and who continue to improve their skills through continuing education and licensing.  We also rely heavily on our coaches with professional coaching and playing experience to train and coordinate all our coaches and to directly assist in the development of our players.
